Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-05-12.
1. Account use
You must be at least 18 years old to use Single Studio. One account per individual; do not share credentials. Automated scraping, mass-scripted requests outside the published API, and credential resale are prohibited.
2. Content ownership
You own the outputs generated through your account, subject to the underlying model providers' license terms (which we surface where applicable). You are responsible for ensuring you hold the rights to any inputs (prompts, reference images, audio clips) you provide.
3. Prohibited use
You may not use Single Studio to generate illegal content, child sexual abuse material (CSAM), non-consensual intimate imagery, content intended to deceive or defraud, or content designed to harass a specific person. You may not use outputs to scrape, replicate, or train competing models without written permission. Violations may result in immediate termination and, where applicable, reporting to law enforcement.
4. Refund policy
Monthly subscriptions: full refund within 14 days of the most recent renewal, provided fewer than 25% of the period's credits have been consumed. Annual subscriptions: pro-rata refund at any time on the lesser of remaining time or remaining credits. Trial cancellations before conversion incur no charge. Extra-credit pack purchases are non-refundable once any credit from the pack is consumed.
5. Termination
You may cancel at any time via the customer portal; access continues until the end of the paid period. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practical. Post-cancellation data follows the retention schedule described in our Privacy Policy (30-day hot, 60-day cold, day-91 hard delete) unless you request earlier erasure under GDPR Article 17.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices (Istanbul Mahkemeleri ve İcra Daireleri).
These terms are draft; full legal review will be performed before public launch (Phase 1.12).
